Why this work
Personal perspective. Focused advocacy.
After years of personal experience with the Texas family-law system, Ben went to law school and founded Beveridge Law Firm to advocate for parents who want a meaningful role in their children’s lives.
He brings an uncommon perspective to custody, enforcement, modification, divorce, and appellate matters. The firm’s work is grounded in the belief that children benefit from meaningful access to loving, willing, and able parents—and that court orders should reflect the real needs of the family.
Ben has spent years supporting Texas family-law reform, educating policymakers, organizing shared-parenting advocacy, and helping develop proposed legislation. In individual cases, that broader work translates into careful attention to evidence, procedure, and the practical consequences of an order.
